On Friday, The Swedish Royal Court announced Princess Madeleine had given birth to her third child, a baby girl.

The newest member of the Swedish Royal Family is King Carl and Queen Silvia’s seventh grandchild. The Princess is now 10th in line to the throne.
Earlier today, King Carl Gustaf held a special cabinet meeting to inform the government of the name and the duchy that the new Swedish Princess will have.
Crown Princess Victoria, Princess Madeleine’s sister, also was in attendance at the closed-door meeting.
The newest Swedish Royal was named: Adrienne Josephine Alice and has been granted the Duchy of Blekinge.
Following the cabinet meeting, the Te Deum mass took place in the Royal Chapel at the Royal Palace of Stockholm.
Guests attending the service included members of the Swedish government, Parliament, immediate family and members of the Royal Court staff.
King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl Philip, Princess Sofia and new dad Chris O’Neill attended the Te Deum.
The christening will be scheduled in the next few months.
On Sunday morning, Princess Madeleine announced on her personal Facebook page she joined Instagram. The Princess posted a sweet photo of Princess Leonore and Prince Nicolas with thier new baby sister.
