The Global Forum brings together individuals from business, trade unions, civil society and academia to discuss fundamental global, social and economic challenges.
- Princess Benedikte attends the groundbreaking event for a new college house as Patron of the Parent Foundation in Greentorvet.
- Queen Margrethe receives Fredensborg City Torch at Fredensborg Castle.

- 3rd April – King Felipe, Queen Letizia, King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia will attend a mass commemorating the 25th anniversary of the death of The Count of Barcelona at the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo.
- 4th April – The King will visit the Electronic War Regiment No. 32
at the Military Base El Copero in Seville. - The Queen attends the ‘Conference on the Informative Treatment of Disability in Social Networks’ at the Headquarters of the Medical Association of Spain.
- 5th April – The King will receive the credentials of the new Ambassadors to Spain at The Royal Palace.
Sweden
- This week easter festivities continue with an Easter adventure at Drottningholm Castle and Easter Hunt at the Royal Palace. Also PĂĄskyra, the flower exhibition at Ulriksdal Palace takes place all week as does family days at Riddarholm Church.
- 6th April – King Carl will have audiences with representatives from Tanzania, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania and Cambodia at the Royal Palace.
- 7th April – King Carl and Queen Silvia will attend a memorial service at Adolf Fredriks Church while Crown Princess Victoria will attend a memorial concert to honour the victims and their families of the terrorist attack at Drottninggatan. On 7 April 2017, in central Stockholm, a hijacked lorry deliberately drove into crowds along Drottninggatan, one of Stockholm’s main shopping streets before crashing through a department store.
