The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is less than three weeks away and it seems the Groom is doing everything he can to get in tip-top shape for the big day. With a little help from his Fiancee, Meghan Markle, Prince Harry has given up smoking and even adopted some of her healthy-eating ways.
According to the Daily Mail, Prince Harry has been inspired by Meghan’s ‘Clean Eating’ regime and has even managed to lose half a stone in weight. Its been reported that the Prince has taken to juicing and even cut his carbs and processed food.
A source close to the couple disclosed, “Meghan has completely changed Harry’s diet. She has got him juicing and he has lost at least half a stone, which is a lot for someone as skinny as he is. They have bought a top-of-the-range juicer and she has him on fruit and veg smoothies. She is also weaning him off meat.”
Prince Harry is also the member of a £575 a month gym in Chelsea.
Meghan Markle has always followed a strict healthy eating regime and takes after her Yoga instructor Mother, Doria Ragland, with her love of Yoga. She does Pilates regularly and is even said to run in Kensington Gardens.
In her now closed lifestyle blog, The Tig, Meghan Markle revealed that her top choice for Breakfast is steel-cut oats served with bananas or fruit topped with Manuka honey along with a mug of hot water and lemon. According to Meghan, her lunches and dinners usually consist of sashimi or salads.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will marry on Saturday, 19th May at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle. Immediately after their wedding, the couple will proceed on a carriage ride through the streets of Windsor allowing the gathered crowds to catch a glimpse of the newlyweds….. and to see how well the healthy eating regime has come along!
