Towards the close of his address, King Charles remarked;
“With Catherine beside him, our new Prince and Princess of Wales will, I know, continue to inspire and lead our national conversations, helping to bring the marginal to the centre ground where vital help can be given.”
His Majesty also expressed his love for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex as “they continue to build their lives overseas.”
It is expected at some point in the future, the new Prince of Wales will be invested by his father, The King, just as he was by Her Majesty The Queen back in 1969.
